Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to assist customers effectively.
  • Document call details and update customer records accurately.
  • Meet individual and team performance metrics and targets.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge.


Qualifications

  • Graduation/HSC qualified; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using computers and call center software.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation Components

  • Base Salary: Competitive compensation and retirals commensurate with experience.
  • Variable Pay:

Performance Based Variable Pay: Can earn up to INR 2000 per month. Monthly performance pay based on individual and team metrics.

Attendance Based Variable Pay: Can earn up to INR 1000 per month. Monthly attendance pay based on adherence to Attendance Policy.

  • Overall take home: All Fixed plus Variable will start at INR 15000 per month.


Pre Requisites for applying:

  • Mini UPS for WiFi Routers
  • A stable broadband or mobile internet connection. The connection speed has to be a minimum of 50 MBPS.


Shift Differentials:

Additional pay / compensatory off for public holiday shifts.
