Roles & Responsibilities

  • To represent Loan Centres and act as a SPOC for New Initiatives, Help Items, Process improvements/ re-engineering , Training Needs for the department.
  • Manage RCA of all Sr management, RBI, Social Meedia critical complaints/ escalations.
  • To Assist LC and manage stakeholders to improve SR closures within TAT.
  • Deal closely with all National Managers on all critical parameters of Escalation Management.
  • To enable LC teams with new initiatives for NPS, FCR, Complaint reductions & Service Quality.
  • Work closely with BPRG to identify process improvement initiatives for the loan centres and work with Transformation to implement it across all LC, track adoption, benefits and record saves or productivity gains.
  • Attend all CX champion regular cadence run by BPRG, transformation and then replicate initiatives which are being rolled out pan bank for all verticals wrt CX for the bank.
  • Ensure the MIS being properly updated and displayed at the MIS points.
  • Submit required MIS and information on agreed frequency and formats.


Education Qualification

Graduation: Any Graduate

Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
