Key Responsibilities

  • Work on diligent management of all customer communication points including calls, emails, social media messages, google listing messages
  • Drive adoption and utilization of the CRM platform, including reporting and dashboard analysis for tracking key business metrics
  • Be the voice of Tattva Wellness and the first point of contact for all in-coming queries (through calls, website, and social media)
  • Establish rapport with guests maintain good customer relationships and handle all guest complaints, requests, and inquiries on spa services, whilst following up with prompt feedback
  • Schedule appointments for guests in an efficient manner through booking tools
  • Develop an understanding of the beauty and spa business (therapies and its advantages) and be able to guide guests on the same
  • Seek guest feedback actively and maintain records of the same while escalating to the relevant internal teams for service or process improvement
  • Promote memberships and manage membership queries. Promote Gift vouchers and manage related queries
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales team to plan and execute strategy for customer care to achieve business goals
