Job Description - CRM Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven CRM Specialist to join our Customer Lifecycle team. As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for executing customer lifecycle campaigns, driving engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction through effective use of CRM tools and automation platforms. You will play a key role in understanding customer behavior and implementing targeted communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven CRM Specialist to join our Customer Lifecycle team. As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for executing customer lifecycle campaigns, driving engagement, retention, and customer satisfaction through effective use of CRM tools and automation platforms. You will play a key role in understanding customer behavior and implementing targeted communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, retention, and re-engagement).
- Work with customer data to identify touchpoints, pain points, and opportunities for engagement.
- Build and run personalized communication plans and loyalty programs to drive customer stickiness.
- Assist in the development of strategies to reduce churn and improve retention metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales) to ensure alignment in lifecycle communication.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs, and generate reports to measure effectiveness.
- Segment customer data and implement targeted strategies for each segment.
- Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., CleverTap, MoEngage) for campaign execution.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in CRM, customer lifecycle campaigns, or customer engagement roles.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems, customer segmentation, and journey mapping.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (CleverTap, MoEngage, or similar).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns/projects simultaneously.
