Description
Join Amazon's Gift Card business as an Account Consultant responsible for managing the end-to-end ASIN catalog lifecycle of Worldwide Gift Cards. In this role, you will independently drive catalog creation, maintenance, and critical business programs related to our global catalog structure and new gift card design launches, both electronic and physical. Beyond catalog management, you will engage with external integrators, applying your strong stakeholder communication skills and attention to detail to ensure seamless operations. You'll have the opportunity to drive innovation through generative AI solutions to automate catalog quality and contribute to other worldwide initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
Independently own and drive the end-to-end ASIN catalog lifecycle for WW Gift Cards, including creation, maintenance, and quality assurance
Manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders, balancing competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Implement Gen AI innovation solutions to automate catalog quality processes and enhance operational efficiency
Communicate effectively with external integrators and internal teams to ensure proper catalog management and data integrity
Collaborate with internal Amazon teams (RBS, Catalog System Services, Gift Card product, tech, and design teams) to drive continuous improvements
Think globally to standardize processes and drive automation for ASIN creation, maintenance, and quality workflows across worldwide markets
A day in the life
Your day begins by reviewing catalog management priorities and ongoing project statuses. You'll spend time collaborating with cross-functional teams to coordinate new gift card design launches, troubleshooting catalog issues, and implementing process improvements. You'll analyze data to identify catalog quality enhancement opportunities and work on developing AI-powered automation solutions. Throughout the day, you'll engage with external integrators and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication while independently managing multiple competing priorities.

Amazon's fast growing Gift Card (GC) business significantly contributes to the company's customer focus and results. The team is responsible for creating and enhancing gift card and stored value products sold globally via Amazon's website, corporate sales, and third-party stores. Our product lines include electronic gift cards, physical cards, and programmatic interfaces that allow on-demand gift card issuance for corporate partners. Backing these products is a complex system of tools and processes that govern how new products get created, how we triage issues with live products, and how gift cards are fulfilled and delivered.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Experience leading projects across multiple stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience in catalog management, product data management, or related field
- Proficiency with Amazon catalog systems and data analysis tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands
- Knowledge of analytics & statistical tools such as SAS, PowerBI, SQL & ETL DW concepts
- Experience back office operations, escalation management and troubleshooting environments
