Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Corporate Recruiter to join our human resources team. This role focuses on managing full-cycle recruitment for corporate-level positions, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Recruitment: Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to corporate roles across various departments.
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent using professional networks, job boards, and innovative sourcing techniques.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct detailed resume reviews and initial interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Job Advertising: Create compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms to attract the right candidates.
- Collaboration: Partner with department heads and senior leadership to understand specific hiring needs and priorities.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Offer Negotiation: Facilitate the offer process, including extending offers and handling negotiations.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and provide insights to refine recruitment strategies.
- Onboarding Coordination: Work closely with HR and management to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations during the hiring process.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas to improve the recruitment process for corporate positions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruiting for corporate roles or equivalent positions.
- Strong understanding of recruitment principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and recruitment tools.
