Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and strategic Corporate Recruiter to join our team. This role is focused on sourcing and recruiting top talent for corporate roles within the organization, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term objectives. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process while maintaining a strong employer brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Corporate Role Sourcing:
Identify and engage high-caliber candidates for mid-to-senior level corporate roles, including executive positions, through targeted recruitment strategies.
Job Posting & Advertising:
Craft job descriptions and manage job postings across relevant platforms to attract top talent in corporate functions such as finance, marketing, legal, and more.
Screening & Interviewing:
Conduct in-depth resume reviews, phone screenings, and initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the corporate culture.
Interview Coordination:
Coordinate with department heads and senior management to schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth process for both candidates and hiring teams.
Candidate Engagement:
Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and ensuring a positive experience.
Offer Negotiation & Onboarding:
Prepare and negotiate job offers, collaborating with HR and department heads to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires.
Recruitment Strategy Development:
Partner with HR leadership and executives to develop recruitment strategies that align with corporate goals and business growth.
Market Research:
Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and the competitive landscape for corporate roles, offering insights to improve recruitment outcomes.
Employer Branding:
Champion The Golden Rise's corporate culture and values, enhancing the employer brand through candidate interactions and recruitment marketing.
Database & Metrics Management:
Maintain recruitment databases and track key metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate source to drive continuous improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with HR, business leaders, and department heads to forecast hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
Continuous Improvement:
Regularly assess and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate recruiting, preferably for mid-to-senior level positions.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices in corporate environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and work under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
