Corporate HR Manager

Location: On-site

We are looking for an experienced Corporate HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes across our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing HR policies and programs, while ensuring that they align with our company's goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for open positions.
• Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll processing.
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and company objectives.
• Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
• Prepare and present HR-related reports to management.
• Participate in HR-related audits and ensure compliance with all audit requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with HR-related laws and regulations and recommend changes to policies and procedures as necessary.
  
  

Requirements Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in a corporate HR role, with a proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies and programs that support business objectives.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
