Key Responsibilities
- Content Writing & Development: Create compelling content for various platforms, including press releases, articles, newsletters, and social media, ensuring alignment with company messaging and branding.
- Internal Communication: Develop and implement internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and promote company initiatives. This includes crafting internal newsletters, announcements, and other communication materials.
- External Communication: Manage and enhance Groz Beckert’s external communications, including liaising with media, drafting press releases, and coordinating public relations efforts to bolster brand reputation.
- Article Publishing: Research, write, and publish articles that showcase industry trends, company achievements, and innovations in our products and services. Collaborate with industry publications to secure placements.
- Content Strategy: Assist in the development of a content strategy that effectively communicates our corporate vision and values to diverse audiences.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure consistent messaging and communication across all channels.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in corporate communication or a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of digital and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in content management systems and publishing tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
