Purpose: Drive CSR projects for the company

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor of Engineering in any stream
- Master of Social Work / Social Sciences / Development studies / related qualification
- 3 to 5 years of working in the development sector
- Experience in use of tech in projects will be preferred
- Adequately using MS Office
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written
- Development project management skills
Must be self-driven and motivated, effective team player, able to learn on-the-go, result oriented and passionate about impacting people and society
Roles and responsibilities:
- Design, plan, implement CSR projects
- Set up project monitoring and evaluation mechanism
- Prepare regular program and finance report
- Liaise with stakeholders such as Businesses, Employees, Management, Government departments, NGOs, Educational Institutes including Universities
- Engage with implementation partner and direct project beneficiaries
- Design project related internal and external communications
