Namaskaram! AjnaLens is looking for a social media intern (employer branding & content creation) to join our team at Thane (Maharashtra – India). We’re seeking a creative, confident, and camera-friendly individual (preferably a female candidate) who can help us amplify AjnaLens’ brand and enhance our reach across social platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. This role calls for someone who thrives on creativity, storytelling, and digital trends - someone who can confidently represent our culture, people, and innovations to the world. Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Create engaging posts, reels, and videos for Instagram and LinkedIn using creative storytelling.
• Represent AjnaLens’ culture on-camera for branding videos, stories, and feature content.
• Manage and schedule social media content across platforms while engaging with followers to boost reach.
• Produce and oversee visual content that showcases AjnaLens’ culture, team, and technology.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to align messaging and execute creative campaigns.
• Cover events and create compelling digital content that enhances brand visibility.
• Brainstorm and execute innovative ideas to improve engagement and strengthen employer branding.
• Stay updated with digital trends and bring fresh, data-informed perspectives to AjnaLens’ online presence.
