Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using project management software.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to create realistic project timelines.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions.
  • Analyze resource requirements (manpower, equipment, materials) and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Prepare progress reports and communicate schedule updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in construction planning.

Qualifications

Education and Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, with first class Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree on construction management would be preferred.

Skills And Attributes

  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with project teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Experience

  • Significant experience in construction planning and scheduling, preferably in large-scale civil or commercial projects.
  • Min Exp – 5 to 7 Years
  • Relevant Exp – 3 to 4 Years
