Responsibilities
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using project management software.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to create realistic project timelines.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and propose corrective actions.
- Analyze resource requirements (manpower, equipment, materials) and allocate resources efficiently.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate schedule updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in construction planning.
Education and Certification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, with first class Construction Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree on construction management would be preferred.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with project teams.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Significant experience in construction planning and scheduling, preferably in large-scale civil or commercial projects.
- Min Exp – 5 to 7 Years
- Relevant Exp – 3 to 4 Years
