Job Description

We are seeking a highly competent Manager – Construction (Mechanical) to oversee and manage all mechanical construction activities across large-scale oil, gas, petrochemical, and industrial projects. The incumbent will be responsible for project execution, resource planning, site coordination, and ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and schedule requirements. This leadership role requires strong technical knowledge in mechanical systems, piping, and static & rotary equipment, along with proven experience in managing multidisciplinary construction teams.


Experience : 10 - 15 years

Salary : USD 4,000 - 4,571/month

Location : Kuwait


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all mechanical construction activities at the project site in accordance with project specifications, drawings, codes, and safety standards.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor construction progress to ensure timely completion within approved budgets and timelines.
  • Supervise installation, fabrication, and erection of piping systems, static and rotating equipment, and mechanical structures.
  • Review and approve work procedures, method statements, and construction documentation.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and HSE departments to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage subcontractors, monitor workforce productivity, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and communicate status to project management and clients.
  • Support pre-commissioning and commissioning activities in alignment with project requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to company HSE policies and promote a culture of safety and operational excellence at site.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in mechanical construction within oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery, or EPC projects.
  • Proven expertise in piping fabrication, erection, equipment installation, and mechanical systems.
  • In-depth knowledge of project execution methodologies, construction planning, and site management.
  • Familiarity with international codes and standards such as ASME, API, and ASTM.

  • Proficient in construction management software and MS Office tools.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to HSE compliance and quality assurance.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, multi-cultural project environments.
