Position Summary
Level: Analyst
As an experienced Analyst and automation tester at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines, analyzing functional requirements, design test scenarios/cases/scripts, RTM, perform test execution, document defects, triage defects, document results and attain sign-off of the design & results.
Work you’ll do:
Leverage proficiency in adjacent technologies beyond core skills to enhance project outcomes. Proactively identify and communicate issues or risks to team leaders, and complete assigned technology learning on schedule. Quickly adapt to project-specific tools and gain understanding of client business processes or industry fundamentals. Support process improvements, automation, and innovation while maintaining up-to-date project documentation. Contribute to tracking delivery metrics and lead knowledge-sharing sessions on processes and technology trends. Participate in team building, defect management, and compliance activities. Demonstrate ownership of deliverables and actively engage in ideation and development of tools, accelerators, and innovative solutions.

- Participating in business requirements discussions with client, onshore or offshore teams and attaining any clarifications to design test scenarios/cases/scripts.
- Designing clean, efficient, and well-documented automated test scenarios/ scripts and maintaining industry & client standards, based on business requirement analysis.
- Provisioning the test data required to perform test execution.
- Performing automated test execution, logging defects, tracking, and triaging defects to closure, and documenting test results.
- Creating automation test results/reports.
- Tracking and resolving dependencies that impact test activities.
- Reporting and escalating any risks/issues which are blocking test activities.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in automation testing tools like UI Path Test Suite, UI Path Studio as a RPA Developer and Selenium
- Experience in analyzing functional requirements or test cases\user stories and converting them into automated test scenarios/cases.
- Experience in creating test cases\Workflows and publishing to orchestrator.
- Experience in using Github for source control and versioning.
- Hands-On experience in running tests\workflows on unattended bots and analyzing the results post execution and ability to debug the failures and perform corrective actions.
- Understanding of automation test strategy & test planning.
- Experience in different SDLC/STLC lifecycles (Agile, waterfall) and methodologies.
- Experience in different test phases with standardized QA processes.
- Experience with QA specific tools for test management, test execution progress, defect tracking and triaging.
- Experience in defect logging, tracking, and closing defects.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt and apply innovation to varied business domains and apply technical solutioning and learnings to use cases across business domains and industries.
- Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tool.
- Experience in API testing.
- Experience in additional test automation tools such as TOSCA\UFT or RPA tools such as Blueprism\Automation Anywhere
- Experience in RPA development or test automation for SAP\Salesforce\Oracle Package application.
- Experience with Git CI\CD for automated execution.
- Certified Ui-Path professional.
- 1–3 years of experience working with automation testing and/or RPA development using Ui Path
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
