Your Role
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain patient and organizational data within our systems.
- System Monitoring: Regularly check computer systems for errors, connectivity issues, and software functionality.
- Report Generation: Assist in preparing, formatting, and printing reports and documentation as required by departments.
- Record Maintenance: Keep digital records organized and up-to-date, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Technical Support: Provide basic troubleshooting for software and hardware issues, escalating more complex problems when needed.
- Experience: 2-3 years as a computer operator or in a similar role, ideally within a healthcare or administrative environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer skills training is a plus.
- Skills: Strong typing speed, attention to detail, basic troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with MS Office Suite and database management.
- Attributes: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle confidential information with care.
