- Able to conduct FE Analysis e.g. static, transient, linear, nonlinear, fatigue (LCF/HCF), thermal analyses as per requirements.
- Perform high temperature creep calculation and assessment.
- Interpret results, provide design change solutions, and optimize the design.
- Participate and conduct structural integrity design review at component level.
- Prepare and document FE calculation in the form of structural integrity design report.
- Good understanding of mechanical engineering principles.
- Good knowledge in turbine design and manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of FEA principles and methods.
- Experience with FEA software (e.g., ANSYS, ABAQUS) is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
