About The Role
We are looking for a 3D Scanning & Printing Specialist who has strong skills in 3D design, modeling, and prototyping. The role involves scanning physical devices, correcting mesh data, designing accurate 3D models, and preparing them for printing. You will work with our Creality Otter 3D Scanner and Bambu Lab H2D 3D Printer to create precise designs and prototypes that support our industrial repair and innovation workflows.

We are looking for a 3D Scanning & Printing Specialist who has strong skills in 3D design, modeling, and prototyping. The role involves scanning physical devices, correcting mesh data, designing accurate 3D models, and preparing them for printing. You will work with our Creality Otter 3D Scanner and Bambu Lab H2D 3D Printer to create precise designs and prototypes that support our industrial repair and innovation workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Scan devices and components using 3D scanners
- Clean up and correct mesh data to prepare usable 3D models
- Design and develop accurate 3D models from scanned data or from scratch
- Operate and manage 3D printers for prototyping and production
- Recreate or replicate devices by turning scans into finished 3D designs
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians to support repair and R&D projects
- Strong knowledge of 3D design software such as Autodesk, Solid Edge, Shapr3D, or equivalent
- Ability to handle full workflow: scanning → correcting → modeling → printing
- Good understanding of materials and practical considerations in 3D printing
- Creative problem-solving and attention to detail
- Hands-on approach with the ability to convert concepts into physical outputs
- Anyone with proven experience in 3D scanning, designing, and printing
- Candidates must be based in Vadodara or willing to work from our Vadodara office
