Job / Role Purpose

Work towards execution of marketing campaign, with tie-ups with local players to offer freebies to Trends customers for delight factor. Perform competition study and appraise HO of the same regularly while ensuring regular practical and quality data entry into the system.

• Maximize return on money invested while doing promotional activities at stores and in catchment.
• Generate other income through gift voucher sale & space on hire.

• Better GRN processing.
• More efficient PO generation process.
  
  

Customer Centricity

• Ensure practical data entry for loyalty customers.
• Do customer exit interviews to understand pain points / feedback from shopping / non-shopping.
• Tie-ups at local level will help customer satisfaction.
  
  

Major Challenges

• Travelling is key while opening stores in Tier 2 towns as CMMs will visit the stores frequently which will help get understanding of customer behaviour and local feedback.
• Strengthen loyalty program during regular follow-ups with SMs.
