Clinic Sales Manager (Female)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Center/Clinic Sales Manager to join our team in the Beauty & Wellness industry. The ideal candidate will be a female professional with 3-4 years of proven experience in skin clinic sales. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage workload and multitask effectively are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Talk to clients to understand their needs and suggest the right treatments like Botox, fillers, laser, and weight loss programs.
• Client Education: Explain how treatments work, their benefits, and how to take care after the procedure.
• Counselling: Guide visitors about suitable treatments based on doctor’s advice.
• Sales: Meet sales targets and help grow the clinic’s business.
• Team Leadership: Support and motivate the team to reach their sales goals.
• Operations & Follow-up: Work with the team and management to keep daily operations smooth and follow up with clients regularly.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of the team and individuals to ensure consistent results.

Requirements:

1. Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in Dermatology, Beauty, aesthetic and Wellness, Nutrition, or Food Science 
2. Good communication and leadership skills
3. Experience in team management and working in group settings

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (in a relevant field)

Pay: ₹30,913.02 - ₹55,471.52 per month
