Civil Engineer in Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections, detailed diagnosis, and assessments of prospects passed on by the sales team (CSE) as per company standards.
• Identify and propose solutions aligned with customer requirements and budgets.
• Share relevant data and insights with the sales team (CSE) to prepare the best possible client proposals.
• Accompany the CSE during final discussions with prospects to bridge the gap between promised deliverables and actual execution, ensuring successful conversions.
  
  

Project Execution

• Review project plans received from the CSE and make necessary arrangements for smooth execution.
• Supervise crew members, providing guidance, counseling, and discipline to ensure uninterrupted execution of projects as per the plan, aiming to reduce variance between planned vs. actual delivery within a 20% confidence interval.
• Provide regular reporting to stakeholders, including daily site reports, material consumption updates, site closure/audit reports for the CSE, and daily progress updates to clients.
• Generate and share relevant execution data with management or data analysts for cost optimization and performance improvement.
