Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Customer Acquisition & Engagement

Conduct inbound/outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

Engage directly with customers via WhatsApp, calls, exhibitions, and community events.

Promote A2 Milk, Ghee, and other premium products through demos, sampling, and education.

  • Sales, Upselling & Retention

Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase revenue per customer.

Drive customer loyalty and repeat business through follow-ups, referrals, and testimonials.

Reactivate past or inactive customers with new offers and promotions.

  • B2B & Network Building

Develop relationships with organic stores, nutritionists, wellness centers, and community groups.

Initiate partnerships for co-branded promotions and corporate gifting.

Expand referral networks via platforms like BNI, JBN, and homepreneur networks.

  • Marketing Campaigns & Events

Coordinate influencer and UGC campaigns with chefs, moms, and wellness creators.

Manage seasonal and festive campaigns (e.g., Diwali gifting outreach).

Actively participate in farmers’ markets, exhibitions, and branding events.

  • Communication, Coordination & Support

Resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations efficiently.

Assist with order placement, tracking, and account management.

Maintain detailed customer interaction records, reports, and insights.

  • Reporting & Analysis

Track sales performance and campaign effectiveness.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis for strategy refinement.
