Job Title: Circle Manager

About Role:

The Circle Manager will be responsible for establishing, growing and scaling branches and the Support Functions. He will work with the senior management to drive sales strategy and growth plans of the company, overseeing the functioning of the assigned circle and responsible for Process and Regulatory Compliance.

Job Location: Rajasthan/ Haryana/ UP/ Bihar

Job Responsibilities:

• Identification of the potential areas/ districts for expansion of business in a region.
• Assess opportunities for geographic expansion of operational area and setting up of new branches.
• Ensure business growth to achieve sales and collections target.
• Responsible for achievement of budgeted business NOS, planning, strategy and execute well
• Tracking the performance of RMs & AMs to support and help them.
• Analyse productivity, efficiency gaps of regions and plug the same.
• Ensure team is taking preventive and curative measures in the regions to maintain high quality portfolio.
• Assisting the Zonal Head and/or Business Head in formulating the strategies regarding portfolio and risk management.
• Ensures rules and norms of the company are adhered strictly in pursuit of business growth.
• Observe field activities to ensure these processes are followed in compliance of the operational policy and procedure in the region.
• Provide guidance, training and feedback to field staff and Managers to improve performance.
• Coordinate with HR in recruitment and training of new employees and confirmation/ promotions of staff.

Skills Required:

• Age minimum 30 years to maximum 45 years.
• Dynamic, articulate, hard working individual with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience running Microfinance operations at the Regional level.
• Well versed in MS Office.

Qualifications: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in any NBFC/ MFI/ BFSI/ Fintech.
