Job Objectives:
- Daily attendance circulation to circle team, corporate team.
- Able to fill manpower gaps in the field as per the budgets.
- Coordinating with Corporate HR on salary release
- Onboarding formalities of new joinees, new joinees approval from Circle Head & offer letter request to corporate team.
- Document collection of new joinees.
- Consolidation of Monthly attendance for salary release.
- Daily attendance collection from Supervisor & updating in attendance sheet.
- Other HR related activities.
Skills & Proficiency:
- Good in English communication and local languages
- Leadership skills
- Accuracy
- Self-Disciplined
- Timeliness
Technical Skills: MS-Office Suite
Communication Skills: English, Telugu &Hindi.
Academic Qualification: MBA HR, BBA HR or any equivalent degree
Experience: 5+ Years’ experience
Work Location: Hyderabad
Work Days & Hours: Mon to Sat, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
