Mô Tả Công Việc
- Theo dõi, gửi mẫu kiểm nghiệm: nước uống, nước đá viên, nguyên liệu, thành phẩm, giấy ATTP và môi trường
- Chuẩn bị và nộp hồ sơ tự công bố sản phẩm của công ty và sản phẩm nhập khẩu
- Chuẩn bị và nộp hồ sơ thẩm định ATTP, môi trường
- Hỗ trợ nhà hàng trong việc tuân thủ và tiếp các đoàn kiểm tra vệ sinh ATTP và môi trường
- Theo dõi và hiệu chuẩn thiết bị đo lường (cân, nhiệt kế...)
- Tổ chức đào tạo, thi và cấp giấy xác nhận kiến thức ATTP cho nhân viên định kì
- Check-list môi trường hàng tháng (với các nhà hàng có hệ thống xử lý nước thải)
- Kiểm tra bản vẽ ATTP, làm việc với NCC để set up vị trí đèn côn trùng đảm bảo cho quá trình thẩm định đạt hiệu quả
- Lập báo cáo hàng tuần
- Các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên
- Trình độ học vấn: Đại học
- Chuyên môn: Công nghệ thực phẩm
- Có tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực/ngành Kiểm soát và đảm bảo chất lượng
- Tin học: Excel, SAP
- Ngoại ngữ: Không yêu cầu, có tiếng Anh là 1 lợi thế
