Job Description

Mô Tả Công Việc

• Nghiên cứu, phân tích và phát triển mặt bằng tiềm năng.
• Lập kế hoạch, tổ chức và thực hiện khảo sát địa điểm phù hợp với mô hình nhà hàng và coffee.
• Thu thập các thủ tục giấy tờ để có được các địa điểm theo mục tiêu của Công ty.
• Duy trì và cải thiện mối quan hệ với chủ nhà.
• Theo dõi và cập nhật báo cáo thị trường bất động sản.
• Đi công tác tỉnh và các quận/huyện thuộc thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.
  
  

Yêu Cầu Ứng Viên

• Trình độ học vấn: Cao đẳng/ Đại học.
• Chuyên môn: Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực bất động sản.
• Số năm kinh nghiệm: Trên 5 năm.
• Lĩnh vực/ngành: Bất động sản.
• Tin học: Excel văn phòng.
• Yêu cầu khác: Ngoại hình khá, giao tiếp tốt, nhanh nhẹn, chịu khó, không ngại di chuyển. Nam/nữ chưa có gia đình
