Installs, configures and upgrades systems. Keeps abreast of changing regulatory requirements and trends and implements systems to address potential compliance impact. Identifies and recommends appropriate actions, activities and projects for continuous improvement. Coordinates with business and technology teams ascertaining system requirements.

- Attending calls related to card (e.g. Recharge, etc.), bus route information, application issues, bus and station staff related issues, theft issues, bus and station equipment issues, misbehaviour issues.
- Verification and Validation of the complaints received by passengers via call, CCTV cameras, Field SPOC, Client.
- Activities related to IMS controller.
- Handling WhatsApp account and solving complaints and issues raised by the commuters.
- Experience in Smart City Projects or transit related IT shall be preferred.
- Qualification: Any Graduate
- Experience: Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 years
- Desirable qualities: Effective Communication Skills, Speed and Efficiency in work
