Job Description

As part of the Livspace Services team, you will be the Subject Matter Expert for specific trade categories such as Civil / Electrical / Painting / Gypsum or POP Ceiling / Carpentry for residential interiors business. Your key responsibility will be to bridge the gap between demand and supply and ensure Livspace customers get the best–in-class experience for your respective category.

Demand Side / Sell Side

  • Develop understanding of the customer and designer ecosystem for specific trade
  • Create region wise plans to improve adoption and average order value for the category
  • Conduct regular competition benchmarking to build USPs to differentiate versus the market

Supply Side / Buy Side

  • Develop understanding of the vendor and labor ecosystem for specific trade including costing
  • Define SOPs for execution of work across safety, quality, time and cost aspects
  • Develop training modules to help upskill associated vendors/labour

Job Requirement

  • Graduate / Post Graduate
  • 10-15 years in Product, real-estate or commercial interiors firms
  • Subject matter expertise in specific trade with exposure to applicator/contractor side of business
