Since 2008, the focus has been on solving big data problems, “real-time” predictive technologies and algorithms primarily Ad-tech, Consumer Marketing and Media and growing eCommerce brands.


About the role


 Responsibilities


     1) Catalogue Creation

  • Categorizing of Products & Listing (content, images, Pricing etc.) across multiple categories based on SOP while ensuring utmost accuracy and efficiency.
  • Create appealing high-quality textual content which will enhance customer’s e-commerce buying experience.
  • Very good knowledge and experience in internet navigation and research other e-commerce or brand websites to procure additional content/specific information for products in a timely manner.
  • Must be comfortable working with large data sets.
  • Interacting and coordinating with merchants and category team to help ensure smooth data flow for all required details for the product listing as per guidelines.


     2) Catalogue Audit/QC


  • Demonstrate decision-making skills to approve or disapprove audit entries based on pre- defined guidelines during content audits, even in situations with ambiguous or incomplete information.
  • Investigating catalogue related complaints.
  • Ensuring the content's reliability and relevance to customers.


Skills & Qualification required


  • Microsoft Excel (pivot, vlookup etc.) or Google Sheets.
  • Basic HTML
  • Content Writing ( i.e Product description / Style Notes).
  • Proficiency in verbal & written communication.
  • Eye for Detail & Excellent Data Accuracy skills
  • Ability to analyze and identify patterns in large data sets.
  • Multi task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to meet Deadlines
