Key Responsibilities

• Conduct interactive career awareness workshops for students, focusing on post-10th-grade opportunities (professional/skill-based pathways).

• Provide one-on-one counseling to help students align their aspirations with viable career plans.

• Manage career helpline operations, addressing queries and offering on-demand guidance.

• Maintain detailed student records while ensuring strict data privacy compliance.

• Collaborate with schools and communities to deliver engaging, inclusive learning experiences.

• Stay updated on local labor market trends and emerging career opportunities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or related field. Master's preferred.

• 1-2 years of experience in career counseling, teaching, or student mentoring.

• Proficiency in English and Punjabi (written and verbal communication).

• Workshop Facilitation Skills: Ability to engage and inspire diverse student groups.

• Knowledge of career development theories and assessment tools.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in career counseling or teachers' training.

• Prior experience in classroom management or outcome-driven educational projects.

• Familiarity with digital tools for student engagement and record-keeping.
