Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for NRI customers and provide them with personalized banking solutions
- Understand the financial needs and goals of NRI customers and recommend suitable products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with NRI customers to ensure their long-term loyalty and satisfaction
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the NRI segment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to NRI customers
- Keep up-to-date with the latest market trends and developments in the NRI segment to provide relevant and timely advice to customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank's NRI business
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail banking, with a focus on NRI customers
- Strong understanding of NRI banking products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Knowledge of local market and cultural nuances of the NRI segment in Ludhiana, Punjab
- Proficiency in local languages will be an added advantage
