Position Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Campus Recruiter (Fresher) to join our recruitment team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates eager to begin a career in recruitment, with a focus on attracting top talent from universities and colleges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Campus Recruitment Planning: Assist in developing and executing campus recruitment strategies, including identifying target campuses and coordinating recruitment events.

• Event Coordination: Help organize and participate in on-campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and networking events to attract high-potential candidates.

• Candidate Sourcing: Engage with students through campus events, social media, and other channels to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for various entry-level roles.

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and manage interviews with candidates sourced from campuses, ensuring smooth coordination between hiring teams and candidates.

• University Relationships: Maintain and nurture relationships with placement officers and career services teams at various universities to facilitate the recruitment process.

• Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for newly recruited graduates, ensuring a smooth transition from campus to corporate life.

• Candidate Communication: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, feedback, and guidance.

• Database Management: Maintain and update campus recruitment databases, tracking candidate progress and ensuring accuracy in reporting.

• Reporting: Generate basic reports and track key metrics related to campus recruitment efforts, such as candidate conversion rates and the success of campus events.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team and other departments to support overall hiring efforts and contribute to a positive workplace environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in campus recruitment and a desire to build a career in talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with recruitment software is a plus.
• A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
