We are hiring a Campus Recruiter to drive university hiring initiatives, build strong relationships with academic institutions, and attract top student talent for internships and full-time positions. The ideal candidate will have excellent networking skills and a passion for engaging with young professionals.

• Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and student organizations.
• Organize and participate in campus hiring events, job fairs, and career workshops.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify internship and entry-level hiring needs.
• Manage the end-to-end campus recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop employer branding initiatives to enhance campus visibility.
• Maintain recruitment reports and analyze hiring trends for continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in campus hiring, talent acquisition, or recruitment (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring events and deadlines effectively.
