We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Assistant to support various human resource functions, including recruitment coordination, employee records management, and HR process administration. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to HR tasks.

• Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
• Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
• Handle basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
• Coordinate HR-related events and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a corporate or staffing environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software/tools.
