Responsibilities:
We are looking for an Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. The role will be based in our Bangalore, India office, reporting to the Manager, Sales Operations. This position will be responsible for analytics around demand and supply metrics for the company, and developing deep-dive dashboards for sell-through analysis, change in market trends, etc.
The ideal candidate needs to be highly analytical with a strong background and understanding in data analysis and business targets attainments. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience in analytics and BI dashboard automation is a must.

The Enphase Direct Sourcing Specialist will do the Inventory related Purchasing activities related to all
sites of Enphase. Ensuring that Legislative and SOX requirements are met and that ongoing opportunities
are identified. The person will work as part of the corporate purchasing team to serve all the business globally.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible to create and send Purchase Orders (POs) to all Contract Manufacturers (CMFs) for the
finished goods (FG) as per the approved quote file finalized from respective CMFs.
Responsible to create and send POs to all Non-CMF suppliers as per the inputs received from planning
team.
Should ensure all the required approvals are taken before releasing any POs as per the approved process.
Responsible in managing all the quotes received from CMFs and Non-CMF suppliers in Oracle tool.
Ensure the timely POs are released for all the consigned parts to avoid any part shortages.
Should maintain the safety stock for minimum 4 Wks for all the consigned parts at the CMFs location.
Support Commodity Managers and NPI team in releasing tooling PO’s and maintain the tooling tracker
with all the basic details of the respective tooling’s.
Support Ops and Finance team to close the books on Quarter end by sharing the required details.
Support Finance team on yearly audits in sharing the required PO’s and Reports.
Work closely with Accounts Payable (AP) team to ensure the goods receipts are done on a timely basis
and no delay in payment to the suppliers.
Track weekly shipment details from Logistics team and update the Promised dates in respective POs.
Should ensure suppliers Lead Time, MOQ & NCNR details are updated and maintained same as in
Enphase Item Master.
Extract Open Order report monthly and update the PO Qty and dates accordingly.
Should actively participate in all internal team meetings related to Inventory Purchases.
Should take ownership and deliver for all Inventory related purchasing needs.
Should have good knowledge on Incoterms.
Skill Sets Needed:
Any Bachelor's degree, preferred in Engineering, with minimum 5+ years of experience in Direct
Semiconductor and Electromechanical Purchasing.
In-depth knowledge and working experience of managing Semiconductor and Electromechanical
Purchasing activities for Global Sites.
Should have very good Analytical & Problem-Solving skills.
Should have very good knowledge in Microsoft Office Tools.
Should be open minded and should take ownership.
Should have strong Verbal Communication and Presentation skills.
Strong professional relationship management with internal and external interfaces.
Strong negotiation, cost management and time management skill.
Strong supplier management and Risk management experience.

- Work with a major sales region in collaboration with the Sales GM of that region to maximize revenue generation and attain corporate revenue targets.
- Analyze customer Point of Sale and Channel Inventory data.
- Make the existing processes scalable by identifying and implementing supply chain tools and automation.
- Delve into market share and competitive intelligence in regional markets.
- Provide detailed quantitative analysis in support of identifying sales opportunities to drive Enphase’s opportunity/funnel management.
- Collaborate with supply planning team & product managers to drive alignment on new products planning, product transitions, and supply constraints.
Requirements:
- B.Tech/Master’s required with knowledge of supply chain and business analytics experience, preferably in complex Solar or High-Tech industry multi-tiered channel environment.
- Advanced skills with MS Excel and data manipulation are a must. QlikView, Tableau, Incorta, SQL, and SFDC experience preferred.
- You appreciate a good spreadsheet, are comfortable with big data sets and are meticulous in your metrics.
- Very process-focused with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and sound business judgment - comfortable with data-driven insight seeking.
- Organized with strong work ethic, detailed, and metrics driven approach. Very process oriented and aware with a bias toward accuracy and precision.
- Bachelors BTECH/Master’s from Tier-1 colleges (CGPA – 7+/70%) with about 1-3 yrs of experience.
