Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Architect with 15 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Mobile Device Management Desktop Management - SCCM Device Management Intune and Desktop Management - MAC. This role is hybrid with no travel required and operates during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing infrastructure solutions that align with our companys goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions to support business operations.
• Oversee the management and maintenance of mobile devices using Mobile Device Management tools.
• Provide expertise in Desktop Management
• SCCM to ensure efficient deployment and management of desktop environments.
• Implement and manage Device Management Intune for seamless device integration and security.
• Oversee Desktop Management
• MAC to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure solutions with business needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure management.
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.
• Monitor infrastructure performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular assessments of infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement security measures to protect company data and assets.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in infrastructure management.
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in Mobile Device Management.
• Demonstrate expertise in Desktop Management
• SCCM.
• Have strong knowledge of Device Management Intune.
• Show proficiency in Desktop Management
• MAC.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Hold a relevant certification such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
