Business Intelligence Analyst

We’re looking for a "Senior BI Analyst (4–6 years)" with strong hands-on experience in SQL, BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Qlik), and a deep understanding of financial data and NBFC operations.

Role: Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst – Financial Domain

Location: Bengaluru- Hybrid

Experience: 4–6 years

Joining: Immediate / Early joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and automate BI reports, dashboards, and data models.
• Own and deliver RBI and regulatory reporting (CRILC, ALM, statutory MIS, etc.).
• Optimize SQL queries and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Finance, Risk, and Compliance teams for data-driven decision-making.
• Work with cloud data platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and explore automation opportunities.

Requirements

• 4–6 years in BI / Data Analytics within NBFC, Fintech, or Financial Services.
• Strong in SQL and Power BI / Tableau / Qlik.
• Knowledge of ETL, data modeling, and cloud platforms.
• Exposure to Python, PySpark, or Databricks preferred.
• Experience in RBI or regulatory reporting is mandatory.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
