Your responsibilities
This role leads and executes projects per OEM strategy, plan resources, track milestones, escalate issues, and align cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
- Execute the projects in line with the OEM product strategies and Roadmap.
- Plan and estimate the usage of project resources and budget
- Monitor the milestone accuracy (plan vs. actual) of projects and escalate critical issues in the projects
- Implement TTM approach in projects and represent the project internally and externally.
- Integrate the cross functional team activity and channelize towards achieving project goals.
- B.E. Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 5 plus years
- Project management skills.
- Stake holder management skills.
- Group Mediclaim Insurance Policy
- Group Term Life Insurance Policy
- Group Gratuity @ 4.81% of Basic Salary as per Gratuity Act
