Manager IT - FullStack Lead

We are looking for an experienced FullStack Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of our web applications, utilizing Java, React technologies, Database and Elasticsearch. As a Lead you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications.

Job Description

In your new role you will:

• Technical Leadership:
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the full stack development team, ensuring that the team is equipped to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Java and React, ensuring alignment with our technology stack and architecture.
• Expertise with databases, such as Oracle, SQL Server or No SQL database.
• Project Planning:
• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to plan and prioritize projects, define project scope, and establish timelines and milestones.
• Architecture and Design:
• Design and implement scalable and efficient software architectures, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements and are aligned with industry best practices.
• Coding and Development:
• Write high-quality, maintainable code, and participate in code reviews to ensure that team members are following best practices.
• Team Management:
• Manage a team of full stack developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure that team members are growing professionally and technically.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to ensure that software solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time.
• Quality Assurance:
• Ensure that software solutions meet quality and testing standards, and collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve defects.
• Communication:
• Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and executives.
  
  
  

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in full stack development.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Spring, or Python.
• Experience with front-end frameworks, such as React .
• Experience with back-end frameworks, such as Node.js
• Expertise with databases, such as Oracle, SQL Server or NoSQL database.
• Experience leading a team of developers, including providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback.
• Experience with agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
