- Conduct thorough research on potential clients and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Assist in identifying and qualifying leads through various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Support outreach efforts by drafting emails, creating presentations, and engaging with potential clients via phone and online platforms.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information regarding leads, contacts, and client interactions.
- Work closely with the business development team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Assist in preparing reports on business development activities and outcomes for review by senior management.
