Are you a dynamic and driven individual with a passion for business development? HPWL is seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key player in our company, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
About Company: We are certified recyclers of electronic waste, lithium-ion battery waste, and plastic waste, recognized by both the State Pollution Control Board and the Central Pollution Control Board. Our services include the collection, dismantling, and recycling of e-waste and battery waste, helping companies fulfill their extended producer responsibility (EPR), corporate social responsibility (CSR), and all other compliance-related requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our market reach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Utilize MS-Excel to analyze sales data and trends, and make informed decisions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business goals.
