Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive Trainee, you’ll be part of our Global Sales Team driving business growth across international markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual looking to start their career in B2B SaaS sales and gain exposure to global HR Tech clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients across North America, Europe, Middle East, and APAC.
  • Engage with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate qualified leads.
  • Support the senior sales team in scheduling product demos and managing pipelines.
  • Understand client requirements and effectively communicate product value propositions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and follow-up materials.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interest in SaaS, Global Sales, or HR Tech.
  • Eagerness to learn sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and email automation systems.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated to achieve targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
