Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients across North America, Europe, Middle East, and APAC.
- Engage with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate qualified leads.
- Support the senior sales team in scheduling product demos and managing pipelines.
- Understand client requirements and effectively communicate product value propositions.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations and follow-up materials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interest in SaaS, Global Sales, or HR Tech.
- Eagerness to learn sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM, and email automation systems.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and self-motivated to achieve targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Comprehensive training in global SaaS sales.
- Mentorship from experienced leaders in the HR Tech domain.
