Business Development Executive in Jaipur

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting
• Identify potential clients through research, online platforms, and networking.
• Generate new leads via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry directories.
• Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information.
• Client Outreach & Communication
• Contact potential clients to introduce the company’s services and understand their requirements through email or calls.
• Schedule meetings, presentations, or site visits with decision-makers.
• Follow up consistently to convert leads into opportunities.
• Sales Support & Coordination
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and supporting documents for client presentations.
• Coordinate with internal departments (design, estimation, marketing) to ensure timely delivery of proposals.
• Assist the Business Development Manager in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Market Research & Reporting
• Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
• Track and report weekly performance metrics (calls made, leads generated, conversions, etc.).
• Provide feedback from clients to improve services or sales strategies.
• Relationship Building
• Maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Support in nurturing long-term partnerships through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Represent the company professionally at meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
