Key Responsibilities
- Learn and understand Progressive's portfolio of IT services and solutions.
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
- Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest.
- Set up introductory calls and meetings for senior sales or technical teams.
- Maintain records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects to keep the conversation active.
- Work with marketing teams to follow up on inbound leads and campaign responses.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and documentation as needed.
- Participate in training sessions to build product knowledge and sales skills.
- Master's degree in business, IT, marketing, or any related field.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Good interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking with clients.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Eagerness to learn about IT services, sales, and customer engagement.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a willingness to work in a team environment.
- Preference is Female candidate comfortable locating in Noida.
