Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and understand Progressive's portfolio of IT services and solutions.
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
  • Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest.
  • Set up introductory calls and meetings for senior sales or technical teams.
  • Maintain records of interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospects to keep the conversation active.
  • Work with marketing teams to follow up on inbound leads and campaign responses.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and documentation as needed.
  • Participate in training sessions to build product knowledge and sales skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Master's degree in business, IT, marketing, or any related field.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Good interpersonal skills and confidence in speaking with clients.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Eagerness to learn about IT services, sales, and customer engagement.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and a willingness to work in a team environment.
  • Preference is Female candidate comfortable locating in Noida.
