- Identify and analyze key potential clients and their requirements.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects.
- Perform effective online demos to prospects using applications (Teamviewer, Zoom, and Anydesk).
- Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries.
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales.
- Proven inside sales experience.
- Strong phone presence and experience doing cold calls per day.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
