Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and confident Business Development Executive to represent our EdTech brand in colleges and educational institutions. This role involves building strong relationships with HODs, principals, and faculty members to organize collaborative programs such as orientation sessions, seminars, and workshops. The ultimate goal is to drive student engagement and generate leads through effective campus presence.
- Visit colleges and educational institutions to introduce and represent our brand.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HODs, principals, and administrative staff.
- Schedule and conduct orientation programs, career guidance seminars, and academic collaborations.
- Lock and manage dates with institutions for various programs and events.
- Ensure timely and professional execution of on-campus events.
- Coordinate with the sales and academic teams to align outreach activities with lead generation goals.
- Provide feedback and insights from the field to improve outreach strategies.
- Maintain records of campus visits, contacts made, and leads generated.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (education or sales background preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
- Comfortable speaking with academic professionals and addressing student audiences.
