Job Description – Subject Matter Expert (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Zoology)

Open Subjects: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Zoology

• Responsible for the creation of faculty support materials and student learning resources, ensuring alignment with the syllabus and academic objectives for high school, higher secondary, and entrance-oriented programs (NEET/JEE).
• Must possess strong subject knowledge in the relevant domain with a research-driven approach to identify and solve academic and content-related challenges faced by faculty members.
• Prepare question papers, assessment materials, and standard PowerPoint presentations designed specifically for the target student audience.
• Should have substantial experience in developing high-quality, engaging, and student-centric PPT presentations.
• Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate closely with faculty, gather their content needs, and create tailored academic materials accordingly.
• Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and effectiveness of all developed content.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, depending on the nature of the project.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to handle projects assigned on an individual basis or as part of a group and ensure timely completion with quality output.
