Responsibilities

  • Develop acquisition strategies for Flipkart outlet onboarding, servicing, and multi-product sales.
  • Source and onboard new outlets, ensuring lead generation and consistent service.
  • Manage and mentor a team of field sales executives to achieve territory targets.
  • Plan and implement promotional strategies to enhance market penetration.
  • Travel within the city to develop the market and foster relationships with merchants.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Experience: 1-2 years in field sales, team handling, and outlet onboarding (Direct Sales/B2C/Merchant Acquisition/Telecom Sales/FMCG/E-commerce).
  • Onboarding Expertise: Source and onboard new outlets, ensuring lead generation and consistent service.
  • Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience in direct sales and market development strategies.
