- Responsibilities:
- Plan and carry out sales activities to achieve new business sales and current revenue retention targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Achieve sales targets through proactive steps, team collaboration, and resource allocation.
- Perform sales activities, including driving to achieve sales levels and sharing client leads with the sales team.
- Analyse market trends and develop sales plans to increase brand awareness.
- Monitor and evaluate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
- Support the overall objective of the business by enabling the sales team with specific requirements.
- Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a business development role.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrable success in inside sales with a record of meeting quotas.
- Familiarity with sales processes and experience in outbound sales management.
- Proficiency in tools like CRM, Apollo.io, HubSpot, etc.
- Strong understanding of market segmentation and developing sales strategies.
- Ability to work weekends when needed and flexibility to adapt to dynamic market conditions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.

- Ability to make use of resources effectively and develop a healthy sales pipeline.
- Strong coordination skills and problem-solving abilities.
