Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with 5 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Analysis and Planning and will play a crucial role in driving business improvements and efficiencies. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements analyze business processes and develop strategies to enhance business performance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough business analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
• Develop detailed business plans and strategies to achieve organizational goals.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to elicit requirements and validate business needs.
• Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements process flows and use cases.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure that business requirements are translated into technical specifications.
• Monitor and track project progress ensuring that deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure that solutions meet business needs.
• Develop and deliver training materials to ensure successful implementation of new processes and systems.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and buy-in.
• Continuously evaluate and improve business analysis processes and methodologies.
