Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.

• Onboarding: Support new employee onboarding processes, including orientation, documentation, and training coordination.

• Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.

• Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance management systems, including tracking employee performance reviews and providing feedback.

• Training and Development: Help coordinate training programs and workshops, monitoring attendance and feedback to improve future initiatives.

• HR Policies and Procedures: Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

• Data Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy in HR information systems.

• Employee Engagement: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive workplace culture.

• HR Reporting: Prepare HR metrics and reports to provide insights on workforce trends and assist in decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
